Our Commitment to You: an Update on our Response to COVID-19

One of our most popular items.

I’d like to update you on what actions Smart Meals is taking during this unprecedented time. As always, the health and safety of our team and our clients is our top priority. For now, we’re remaining open based on government guidance and recommendations. We continue to change our procedures to reflect best practices. We clean regularly and carefully; we wash our hands and encourage you to as well. We offer hand sanitizer and wipes for your use should you choose to come into the store.

Over the next week, we will be transitioning to mainly curbside pickup and delivery. The store will remain open, but we encourage our customers to utilize the safer option. There are several easy and convenient ways to place your order. First, our online ordering process will remain the same! The good news is you are already here! Second, we’ve added a downloadable version of the current menu under the “How to Order” tab. Click on that option from the drop-down menu, or download here now. You can make your selections on the menu and call to place your order or scan and email your selections to Sharon. Another alternative option is to send Sharon an email that includes your selections in list form. Finally, if you prefer to call in your order, please have your options selected beforehand. The landline is 713-868-9800. Or, you can call or text Sharon 713-594-4565. As always, our staff is happy to answer any questions you might have about the menu or choices!

Please note, our menu will be somewhat modified due to limited access to specific ingredients needed. Special orders will be considered on a case by case basis. Some notable menu changes are:  We will be offering protein by the pound, for the time being, small and large protein only options have been temporarily taken off the menu. Also, Smart Pizzas have also been removed from the menu. Please check our site for more updates as time passes.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Please stay healthy and safe!
