Hello, I’m Sharon Reitman. For more than 25 years, I have been involved in the fitness world in one way or another. I love it! Whether it’s going for a 3 mile run or lifting weights at the gym, I always feel better when I’m done. My motto is: “make it fun and anything is better than nothing!”
All of us go through difficult times in our lives, for me, it was being diagnosed with cancer in 2002. Thankfully, I’m clear now but it did put a new perspective on how I viewed my own health and fitness. I have had to learn moderation and acceptance and I still work hard at it every day. I love working as a team and that will be my approach when working with you.
My philosophy is simple. I believe in healthy moderation. I still believe that a low-fat diet is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. I’m fortunate to have worked with some of the top health and fitness specialists in Houston and I will share my network with you to expedite results.
