Carne Guisada w/Roasted Vegetables
Our new healthy version of Carne Guisada. Currently comes with roasted asparagus, however we may opt to change vegetables due to the seasonality of asparagus. This dish is 6 oz of lean, grass fed beef over 1 cup of rice, with a light topping of carrots, onions, colored peppers, corn and jalapeno.
