We will send this off for an official fat content, but I can almost promise you these are under 20% as these are the tenders the filets are cut from that we sold in our previous store. The Springerhill Ranch tenderloins I used to buy were way less than 20% fat (they were 110 calories and 2 grams of fat per 4oz tenderloin/filet), are these different than the ones you used to be able to buy at Tom Thumb/Randalls? Also, are they available without the garlic/chipotle crust?
I use Springerhill Ranch Tenderloins but they are the whole tenderloins and not the cut ones that were packaged for retail that you used to purchase. Those have not been available for a long time. I have had these analyzed and they are under 30% fat, very lean and paired with potatoes, the meal is under 20% fat. That can vary some from tender to tender, but we trim before cooking.
