For those of you competing or who want super strict, we offer “contest or competition lean” meals. These are proteins, carbs, veggies as separates and weighed to the exact ounce. These meals do not include sauce or will have a very light sauce and are limited to mostly chicken, 99% extra lean ground turkey, 98% extra lean grass fed sirloin.
